Jewelry Repair Policy & Liability Disclaimer

1. Overview

Silver Spur Collective (“the Company”) offers jewelry repair services as a courtesy to our customers. By sending your jewelry to us for repair, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Condition of Items

  • All jewelry must be shipped clean and securely packaged.

  • Upon arrival, we will perform an initial inspection and notify you if the item’s condition prevents repair or poses a risk of further damage.

  • Photos of the item will be taken before any work begins.

3. Liability Disclaimer

While every effort is made to handle and repair your jewelry with care, Silver Spur Collective is not responsible for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage that occurs during shipping to or from our studio.

  • Pre-existing damage, wear, or material flaws that may cause breakage during the repair process.

  • Damage resulting from previous repairs done by other jewelers or improper maintenance.

  • Any color, texture, or size variation resulting from metalwork, soldering, or stone replacement.

Repairs are performed at the customer’s own risk. If, during repair, the item becomes irreparable or suffers further damage due to structural weakness, Silver Spur Collective is not liable for replacement or compensation beyond refunding the repair fee (if applicable).

4. Shipping & Insurance

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Silver Spur Collective.

  • We recommend using insured, trackable shipping for your protection.

  • Silver Spur Collective is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated repair times will be provided upon receipt of the item. These times may vary depending on material, complexity, or supply delays.

6. Payment & Approval

All repair costs will be quoted before work begins. No repairs will be made without customer approval and full payment.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By sending your jewelry to Silver Spur Collective for repair, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and liability disclaimer.
