    Yes! Every piece is handmade by me, from cutting and shaping to soldering and polishing. That means no two pieces are ever exactly the same.

  3. Do you take custom orders?
    Absolutely! I love working on custom designs, whether it's a special stone or something totally unique to you. Just shoot me a message and we’ll design something together.

  4. Will the silver tarnish?
    Yes, sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time, but it’s easy to clean and polish back to its original shine. I include care instructions with every order, and I also offer polishing services if you ever want a refresh.

  5. What size should I order?
    I will offer a sizing guide on my website. If you’re unsure, just message me, I’m happy to walk you through it!

  6. Where do you source your stones?
    I handpick each cabochon and stone from trusted lapidary artists and small-scale suppliers. I love supporting other small businesses while making something beautiful and unique.

  7. Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?
    Yes! All pieces come in gift-ready packaging, and I’m happy to include a handwritten note if it’s a gift—just let me know at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Because each item is handmade, once a piece has been purchased and shipped, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.

Please review product photos, descriptions, and sizing details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, reach out through our Contact page — we’re happy to help before you order.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Cedar, MN and are carefully packaged for protection.

Processing Time: 3–5 business days (custom work may take longer).
Shipping Method: USPS with tracking provided upon shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Silver Spur Collective is not responsible once an order is scanned by the carrier. Please contact USPS for delivery issues.

Payment Policy

We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options at checkout.
Orders will not ship until full payment is received.

Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

Handmade & Custom Order Policy

  • Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

Damage & Repair Policy

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days with photos. We’ll assess and determine next steps.

Normal wear and tear or accidental damage is not covered under this policy.
If you’d like a piece repaired, we may offer paid repair services depending on the damage and design.
