1. What kind of silver do you use?

   
   I use .925 sterling silver, which is made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper) for durability. It’s perfect for everyday wear and designed to last.

2. Is everything handmade?

   
   Yes! Every piece is handmade by me, from cutting and shaping to soldering and polishing. That means no two pieces are ever exactly the same.

3. Do you take custom orders?

   
   Absolutely! I love working on custom designs, whether it's a special stone or something totally unique to you. Just shoot me a message and we’ll design something together.

4. Will the silver tarnish?

   
   Yes, sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time, but it’s easy to clean and polish back to its original shine. I include care instructions with every order, and I also offer polishing services if you ever want a refresh.

5. What size should I order?

   
   I offer a sizing guide on my website (or include one in messages if you don’t have a site). If you’re unsure, just message me, I’m happy to walk you through it!

6. Where do you source your stones?

   
   I handpick each cabochon and stone from trusted lapidary artists and small-scale suppliers. I love supporting other small businesses while making something beautiful and unique.

7. Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?

   
   Yes! All pieces come in gift-ready packaging, and I’m happy to include a handwritten note if it’s a gift—just let me know at checkout.
